"The most amazing and satisfying customer service experience I’ve had in years. I was in need of replacing window screens ASAP on my home and community. Everyone was 3-4 weeks out to do anything. I called Line’s late Friday afternoon left message. The owner text me back after hours understanding my urgency and threw her minimum day turnaround out the window, no pun intended, I went to their business Monday morning at 8am, they were expecting me, I left with my newly repaired screens at a very reasonable rate and a huge smile on my face by 9am. I highly recommend this business to anyone in need of any type of screening. AMAZING!!!"

"Great small business. I measured my windows myself and took them to Lines. Deb was quick to return my texts and give me address on their home shop in Gilbert. They created screens and they look great. Deb showed me my choices of screen material and frames. Finished in 5 days. I also like the idea of securing the screens to the window frames with duel lock tape. (instead of drilling into house) The 3m tape is not included and you will need to purchase it yourself. Measuring is easy and save yourself $ by having Lines make the screens and you put them on. If I can do it, you can. Their price was a bit lower than one other quote. They deserve 6 stars because of this: I had one large window screen that would not fit in my camper shell. I made a big mistake and tried to secure it to top of camper shell. DUMB IDEA. The wind destroyed it. I called Deb and without hesitation, generously created another screen at cost. Very fair."
