"Called to get an estimate and Jay was so polite scheduling an appointment to come out. So many companies are doing estimates thru emails, which is very difficult and the actual cost is always higher. But Jordan called and arrived exactly when he said he would. Very polite, professional and friendly. He made the process so easy, which I truly appreciate, since these types of jobs are usually very stressful. Thank you Jordan - you're terrific. And of course, I already set the date to get the work completed. "

"Lines Sunscreens provided an easy and customer friendly service. The quality of the screens came back amazing. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone. The first experience was so good, when we needed some additional screens we didn’t hesitate to be returning customers. The staff is efficient and friendly. I wasn’t able to to fit one of my screens in my car, and without hesitation one of the staff (Jordan) volunteered to follow me back to my house in his truck so I wouldn’t have to come back at another date."

"We are slowly moving through the exterior of our house doing a couple of windows and doors at a time. We have used Lines on 2 separate occasions so far and will continue to do so. Our first installation project was over the winter and the service was quick, the project turnaround time was short and the installation was done really well. We waited until the spring for ouw sliding doors and so the turnaround time was a bit longer because it is generally I think i more popular tie for this type of home improvement. There was a slight miscommunication in our order and Lines has gone above and beyond to fix it, do it quickly and continue to engage with us with professionalism and kindness. We will continue to work with them as we finish these exterior windows over the coming yeah and have highly recommend them to our family. I would easily recommend them to yours."
